Videos of concertina loft ladders in action are actually quite rare, which is unfortunately as they are actually incredibly well designed loft ladders.
You will note from the video that putting a concertina loft ladder up and down is very simple.
Best suited to narrow or steep lofts with restrictive access. Best features are the design allows for quite a wide tread and the sides are particularly useful for holding on to. Reassuringly safe if you are nervous on ladders.
Down side is there are some cheap poor quality copies of this design so make sure you see a recognised safety standard such as an EN (European) kite mark or similar.
Pretty much the Rolls Royce of loft ladders.
